Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer by Innertech unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Quotations and Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a contract between you and Innertech.

Any quotation provided by Innertech is subject to:

  • site inspection where required;

  • confirmation of the scope of work;

  • availability of materials and equipment;

  • any assumptions or exclusions stated in the quotation; and

A quotation becomes binding only when accepted in accordance with its terms.

Innertech may provide facilities through this website allowing customers to:

  • request services;

  • book appointments;

  • accept quotations;

  • make deposits;

  • make advance payments;

  • service location;

  • pricing; or

  • any other relevant details.

Where a payment is made online before a service is confirmed, we reserve the right to refund the payment if we are unable to provide the requested service.

Any online payment functionality may be provided through a third-party payment processor.

Innertech does not store full credit or debit card information unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Payment Card Surcharges

Where permitted by law, Innertech may charge a surcharge for payments made by credit card, contactless card or other payment methods that incur additional processing costs.

Any applicable surcharge will be disclosed before the payment is completed.

The surcharge will not exceed the reasonable cost to Innertech of accepting that payment method.

We may provide alternative payment methods that do not attract a surcharge. Current New Zealand consumer guidance expects card surcharges to be clearly disclosed and generally not exceed the cost of accepting that payment method.
